Pro-Team Nonprofit Kft.’s articles of association identify the employment of people with disabilities and health conditions affecting their ability to work as a company objective, and we have regarded this as a priority for more than 20 years. Through vocational rehabilitation, we provide active employment for people excluded from the competitive labour market by changes in their health. Our experience shows that, despite reduced work capacity, they are valuable members of society whose quality of work can match that of colleagues without such health conditions.
Our primary aim is to provide employees with work that matches their qualifications wherever possible, supported by on-the-job training or retraining where needed.
