For Pro-Team Nonprofit Kft., our late owner Péter Varga was such a person. His memory and values continue to guide us today.
Each year, the Péter Varga Memorial Award named in his honour marks a special moment in the life of our company. It is a celebration when we pause to express our thanks to colleagues who have worked for our community for many years with quiet perseverance, professional excellence and a deep understanding of others.
This award recognises more than years of service. It honours loyalty, commitment, responsibility and the inner strength that keeps us moving forward when the road is difficult. It is presented to people whose work gives others security, stability and hope - people we can always rely on.
The presentation of the Péter Varga Memorial Award is always a moving and uplifting occasion. We do more than confer an honour: we remember together and reaffirm the values on which we want to build our company’s future. Tibor inspires our colleagues every day through his expertise, humanity, dedication and perseverance.

In 2024, two colleagues received the Péter Varga Memorial Award:
István Molnár, Regional Manager for the Kalocsa area, and Sándor Makár, Regional Manager for the Nyíregyháza area.
Their work has made them important pillars of the Pro-Team community for many years.
Their dedication, professional standards and personal approach reflect the values Péter Varga stood for - values on which Pro-Team’s future is also built.
