Érték vagy! - You Are Valued!

The Érték vagy! programme was established in 2020 to promote employment, responsibility and community building. This year, Pro-Team Nonprofit Kft. was once again invited to attend as an exhibitor and contributor at this important event, which aims to make fair and successful employment for people with disabilities a reality in Hungary.

Held at the Bálna venue, the event aimed to present the employment situation of people with disabilities and health conditions affecting their ability to work, share experience to date and showcase examples from organisations already participating in this shared social responsibility.

Hosting the conference, Attila Fülöp, State Secretary for Care Policy at the Ministry of the Interior, explained that this year’s fourth Érték vagy! conference was a flagship event of Hungary’s rotating EU Presidency. Its aim was to draw Europe’s attention to the employment of people with disabilities and health conditions affecting their ability to work, in the spirit of economic development and solidarity.

This year’s Érték vagy! awards were also presented at the conference, attended by government representatives responsible for the field from several EU Member States. During a panel discussion, they presented their countries’ circumstances and good practices.

It was an honour to exhibit at the event, where we presented our wide-ranging activities and the contribution of our employees with disabilities and health conditions, including the outstanding work of our colleagues with intellectual disabilities.
