MOTIVATIONAL TRAINING AND RELATED SERVICES AT PRO-TEAM NONPROFIT KFT.

With HUF 79.95 million in European Union support under the call for motivational training and related services at employers to improve labour market opportunities for the most disadvantaged groups, Pro-Team Nonprofit Kft. implemented its Motivational Training and Related Services project. The project aimed to prepare participants for transition to other employment and develop the skills needed for work.

Project TÁMOP-5.3.8.A2-12/1-2012-0002 was implemented under the Széchenyi 2020 programme at Pro-Team Nonprofit Kft., Lujza u. 4, Nyíregyháza, between 1 September 2013 and 31 August 2015.

Project objective:

The aim was to develop human resources to support employees with disabilities and health conditions more effectively.

Project components:

The project involved 167 disadvantaged employees and trained three trainers. One hundred people received basic training, resulting in 95 certificates. Training was delivered in Nyíregyháza, Encsencs, Tiszalök and Mándok, with 350 hours at each location. We established successful cooperation agreements with local labour market service providers.

Through successful project delivery, employees can apply their acquired knowledge and skills in daily work. This enables our company to perform more effectively and, by adapting to change and challenges, provide stability in vocational rehabilitation for people with disabilities and health conditions.
