Providing Labour Market and Occupational Information in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County
With support from the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Government Office, Pro-Team Rehabilitációs Nonprofit Kft. provides labour market and occupational information through 39 well-prepared graduate professionals with theoretical knowledge and practical experience, working in the employment departments of ten district offices in the county. The project’s primary objective is to support the target group’s lasting integration into the labour market through labour market and occupational information. Purpose: Within the project, our company provides information in disadvantaged parts of the county, primarily to people facing disadvantages in the labour market. Graduate professionals with at least one year’s experience inform jobseekers about benefits, support and services. By maintaining regular contact with employers and supplying up-to-date information, they improve jobseekers’ employment prospects. They organise group information sessions for jobseekers, employers and civil society organisations on current benefits and support. Their daily work includes directing clients and carrying out associated administration. They keep up to date with vacancies advertised online and in the media, and help clients use self-service information systems.
The project provides labour market and occupational information at the employment departments of ten district offices on every working day: Monday to Thursday, 07:30-16:00, and Friday, 07:30-13:30, at the offices listed below. The project aims to reach at least 18,720 people.

Target group:
The information service is intended for registered disadvantaged jobseekers on the records of the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Government Office who are uncertain about planning their future, have experienced changes in their circumstances, or face difficulties finding work because they lack the information needed to secure employment.
