Labour market services

Programme objective

The funding aims to develop civil society organisations providing labour market services and strengthen their service capacity. By reinforcing internal capacity and organisational culture, it supports better service quality, adaptation to changing social and economic conditions, and professional innovation. This development improves opportunities to join the National Employment Service’s labour market service network and/or design and deliver innovative employment initiatives. Preparation for a labour market services quality management system helps ensure that jobseekers receive services of a consistent standard across the country.
