Workplace training at Pro-Team Kft.

Project implementation period: 1 June 2014 - 28 February 2015.

Developing our human resources is one of our organisation’s main objectives. We attach particular importance to staff training and the most effective use of available funding. All 40 employees participating in project TÁMOP-2.1.3. C-12/1-2012-0470 had worked for us for many years, making further in-house learning necessary. Knowledge, professional experience, skills, communication, conflict resolution and stress management are essential both to their roles and to the organisation’s effective operation.

Training is an effective way to reshape attitudes formed over many years, and the project offered an opportunity to do so while developing capabilities. It included 90 hours of basic computing training and 120 hours of comprehensive stress management, self-awareness and social skills training based on the Williams LifeSkills programme.

Successful implementation offers the prospect of a better-trained and more experienced workforce able to apply newly acquired knowledge and skills appropriately in everyday work.
