ALTERNATIVE LABOUR MARKET SERVICES DELIVERED IN KECSKEMÉT
Under the Széchenyi 2020 programme, Pro-Team Nonprofit Kft. received HUF 58.65 million in non-repayable European Union support for a project providing motivational training and related services to improve employment prospects for the most disadvantaged groups.
Project objective:
To encourage a change in social attitudes, the project aligned the needs and expectations of labour market participants, improved employment opportunities for people with disabilities and health conditions, and supported preparation for work, recruitment and lasting job placements.
The core, immediate objective of the wide-ranging service was to enable people with disabilities and health conditions to enter lasting employment through cooperation with willing, prepared employers.
Within project TÁMOP-5.3.8.A3-12/1-2012-0009, a three-person Recruitment and Advice Office at Hoffmann J. u. 13, Kecskemét supported the needs of jobseekers and employers.
Project components:
The project involved 389 clients. Individual employment plans were completed for 264 people, and 70 secured work in the open labour market. Training was provided in 19 groups. Comprehensive competency assessments were completed for 50 people. Our professional network expanded by 24 organisations and 30 new employers. We offered 60 job opportunities and carried out 53 job analyses to identify opportunities tailored to clients.
During the programme, which ran from 1 September 2013 to 31 August 2015, almost 400 people benefited from the office’s services.
The project’s services helped employees with disabilities and health conditions secure lasting employment in the open labour market.
